Shipping and returns

EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMES

We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Orders placed by 2PM (Mon - Fri) typically ship out Within 24 - 48 hours. NOTE: These shipping times are contingent upon product availability.

Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. A shipping tracking # will be included, if available. In general, orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday delivery is not available. We cannot ship to P.O./A.P.O/F.P.O Box addresses. Our shippers deliver to anywhere in the continental U.S. Although Lets Talk expects the shipper to deliver on time, there will always be a small chance that the shipper may experience unexpected delays.

RETURN GUIDELINES All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our administrator. Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to PC Pino Computer Store. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for PC Pino Computer Store to process your RMA. An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at PC Pino Computer Store's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. Products with specific refund and return policies and deadlines must be returned within the time periods specified for each item. All items sold through PC Pino Computer Store are subject to our Policy and Agreement. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.

STANDARD PC PINO COMPUTER STORE RETURN POLICY Products sold by PC Pino Computer Store are covered by our Standard Return Policy, unless otherwise indicated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or within one year of the original invoice date for a replacement.

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage; you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.
OEM CPUs
* Refund period: 7 days from original invoice date.
* Replacement period: 30 days from original invoice date. Retail CPUs
* Refund period: 7 days from the original invoice date.

* Buyers requesting a refund may have to pay a 15% restocking fee.
* PC Pino Computer Store will not cross-ship replacement CPUs.
* Physically damaged CPUs cannot be returned to PC Pino Computer Store, including physical damage due to improper installation. Notebook and Tablet PCs
* Notebook/Tablet PCs are not returnable to PC Pino Computer Store. Consumable Items
* Consumable items such as Printer Ink and Toner Cartridges, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products etc. may only be returned if the product is unopened.

Physical Damage Policy Physically damaged items cannot be returned to PC Pino Computer Store. Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip.

CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent/broken pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes (but is not limited to) improper handling and any other type of damage sustained by irregular use. PC Pino Computer Store encounters bent pins regularly when inspecting physically damaged CPUs.

Forcing a processor into position will not solve an installation problem and may void your PC Pino Computer Store return policy. If you return any physically damaged item to PC Pino Computer Store, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items sometimes items are returned to PC Pino Computer Store after the product has been discontinued. If PC Pino Computer Store no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department.

You will be notified via email with two options: either PC Pino Computer Store can send you a comparable replacement item, or a refund of the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
